“What is an escape room?” An escape room you must find clues, solve puzzles, and work together within your group to achieve one objective: unlock the exit. You have 60 minutes to find your way out, or the game is lost. A few of the obstacles you and your group will encounter are word and number puzzles, electronic and physical locks, and much more.
“Can I pay for my reservation at Endeavor Escape Rooms?” At the moment, all bookings are handled online via bookeo.
“How long does the experience last?” You have 60 minutes to escape the room, once the game starts. We would recommend arriving 15 minutes early, and typically groups like to stay for photos, and to discuss their experience. This can take up to 15 minutes to ‘decompress’. Plan on spending one and one-half hours at Endeavor Escape Rooms.
“Am I allowed to bring belongings/food/drink into the room with me?” Unfortunately, some people mess this up for everyone. All personal items, purses, cellphones, food, drink, coats, etc etc are not allowed into the Escape Room. We provide all customers a chest to place their belongings in. You lock it up, and take the key into the room with you, so only you have access to your belongings while experiencing the escape. Afterwards, you unlock the chest and get your things!
“Wait, really I can’t bring my cellphone in? I’ll die without it!!” Not kidding. Due to having spoiler free experiences, cameras and social media can’t be brought into the room. Sorry!
“Are we really locked in and stuck? What happens if we don’t escape?!” The entrance to the room is left unlocked. Participants are allowed to leave at anytime if they’re feeling too pressured or stressed.
“What happens if something comes up, and we can’t make our time slot?” Things happen, and we get that! If you cancel at least 24 hours before your schedule you will get a 75% refund. Anything beyond that we can find a new slot to reschedule your group. Refunds will not be given on a rescheduled time.
